Personally I think this whole ‘thinspiration’ shit is a fucking disgrace. I’m all for letting people do what they want with their bodies, but encouraging people to be dangerously underweight is just as bad, if not worse than encouraging people to be dangerously overweight.
If you’re going to go on a diet or lose weight, then do it, but learn where the line is and don’t cross...

About a month ago, we lost a great friend of ours Alex Lewis. He was an amazing guy, never giving up on anything and constantly smiling. He was very unfortunate to be diagnosed with bone cancer at a young age, and died a week after his 22nd birthday.
I am organising a charity ride in memory of Alex, to raise money and awareness for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
